  • QC for Crystal pieces

    You can see from the flow chart, every flow are very important for QC, every piece when starting doing to be a nice crystal pieces, QC is following every flow, and it is so important that the workers realize QC, three step quality control is a must as production crystal pieces to be a nice piece.
    From material coming to factory, workers need to check out the good quality of raw material. To charge material without any bubbles, no lines, no spots inside, and the clearest see through the raw material. After cutting and polishing, second QC must be there, that is most important, you will see this flow again need to kick out bubbles, spots pieces, as sometimes there will be still bubbles leaves, also the scratch on the crystal surface, no clips of edges, sizes control.
    Most important step in QC, QC people never allowed and released any of problem pieces. You will see from this QC to sandblast or laser image into the crystal pieces, after engraving, we should go to finally QC is before shipment, nee to check pieces, no bubbles, no scratch, and no missing engraving images in the crystal pieces.

  • QC for engraving image

    1. Sandblast engraving image or logo, depth sandblast, no missing image and correct writings need to check everything is correct. Deep sandblast will show high quality of sandblast image.
    2. Laser blocks, need to check out the image if missing any dots or any fuzzy for the image. Center image in the blocks. Etc. and different faces images and dots if stronger enough. Some times the laser machine will show some laser head is not stronger lights, and this is very normal for the laser machine, we try not to use these head to avoid light image inside crystal. But you must know, green laser machine is more light dots than white laser machine, but the image is clearer than white laser machine.

  • QC for gift boxes

    Firstly we need to check surface clean for the gift boxes, no glue, no clips, satin inside is put on order. Hardboard boxes and wood gift boxes should be very straight as the paper glue onto the gift boxes.
    We hereby statement that our crystal pieces, image engraving, and gift boxes will be passed our specially QC people, and make sure every piece is shipped in quality.
    If you receive any of products of our crystal pieces and engraving image, gift boxes quality are reject, pls contact with our customer service at the moment you get reject pieces:sales@colorful-crystal.com, our Manager will get back you the solution, and make sure we have good service for our customers.

  • How we make

    1…spying the material to see if good or not take away for the material with bubble and lines inside
    2…drawing the design on the material blocks
    3…sawing material to be the shape
    4…cutting by diamond machine
    5…doing the big flat surface in the big machine
    6…cutting/polishing the edges on the small machine
    7…spying quality of blocks under the lights
    8-1 awards or others should be glue under UV lights
    8-2 material going into laser machines
    8-3 or going into sandblast images and artwork to on the crystal
    9…spying the laser blocks for the laser images
    10…packing the blocks to gift boxes
    11…packed the gift boxes to cartons and stay the products room to be ready ship to customers

  • Order Process

    Dear Customers, we thanks so much for you placing an order to Colorful Crystal, please send us a detail PO to our sales people, and we will send back you Sales Confirmation, and you get back us your signature, the order will be processing and pending successfully. Of course, placing an order is not a fast way, we are sure before you send PO, you already contact with our sales people to carry all details information that you need.

  • Production Time

    Follow our production plan for every PO; we offten require 15 days from preparing to finish. However, for rush order and special order we will explain you in the next list. As customers, we can fully understand that you would like to get the products as earlier as possible, as our production schedule requires enough time.

  • Rush Order

    Our order processing time is 15days, if you enquire urgent order need to finish within short time, pls inform us in an urgent way; we have an office for detailing such urgently order passing. Do not worry about delivery time for your rush order. Also rush order price will be going up a little bit, as workers need to do extra work.

  • Sample Request

    IF you ask to make a sample, you have to pay following sample fee:
    One time set up USD80
    Laser image artwork 2D charge: USD20
    Laser image artwork 3d charge: USD50-USD100 (depending on your image details)
    Above 1000pcs, artwork charge fee return to customer as place the order back to our company.
    Sample charge: we will charge you on the products double prices
    Shipping charge: discuss with customer, prepaid or collect.

  • Payment Terms

    We accept T/T, L/C payment (over USD10000 accept L/C)
    As a pending order, we require 30% payment to our account, 70% payment T/T before we shipment, if the pending order below USD2000, we require full payment wire to our account to avoid high bank fee. Some times, rush order and very small order below USD1000, we have to inform our customers to pay extra document fee USD80+USD30 bank fee, as small order we need to present any shipment charge to shipping company, it will be same charge for big order and small order. As it is depend on the order QTY, if QTY is very small, document fee could not cover the products cost. That’s why we ask document charge fee USD80 + USD30 bank fee. Hope customer can understand our situation and shipping issue.

  • Quantity Discount

    Big order placing, of course, share some more discount. So the quotation will follow QTY to get different prices.

  • Our Guarantee

    We spy the quality under the stronger lights, and any scratches, bubble, never accept into the products. If the inferior items to delivery, we will make the number of inferior items again for the customer, for factory itself factors to case quality problem, we will make all responsibility for any of our customers.

  • World Wide Shipping

    2-1.Sample shipping, normally, we should send sample by express courier -international mail like DHL, FedEx, UPS, Asia area 2days by hand, USA 3days, European and other area 3-4days. But it is depending on the shipping express company, you can learn from above express company.
    2-2.Mass products under 100kg, rush, so urgently order, we shall using the way for courier shipping way, but the shipping charge is so expensive, we can use another way, just like EMS. But EMS is not so fast that need takes 6-7days.

  • Big order by air

    2-3 Mass products over 100kg, we advise to try airport to airport, this is the cheaper way and most customers will use such way and we will find a good airline for air transport.
    2-4.Sea shipments are the cheapest than any other shipping way. Our guarantee is we will find a good, fast, safety shipping company for customers, sometimes, customer can use their own forwarder, and it is easy for us that customers have own forwarder. And our export port is in Ningbo.

  • Gift boxes information

    As you check from our online catalog list of packing, you will see different style gift boxes, as our customers, you can choose the gifts style you like on our website. We have card boxes, wooden boxes, surface paper you can choose from our any color list, and our standard outside boxes paper is black and blue. Some customers requires of the logo hot stamping, should supply us more big over 100KB black and white images. And our hot stamping color is only silver and golden at amount. Logo printing requires over 500pcs and it will be free if over 500pcs ordered, below 500pcs, customer should pay for about USD10 for the logo artwork fee, and USD0.025/pc for hot stamping fee for each piece of boxes.

  • Safe packing

    Gift boxes for safe packing is important and outside carton packing is also important as the shipping company will not care and throw hard as they carry the packages to boat on airplane, especially for air. So for this issue, our packer will pack very well and inside is strong gift boxes and outside gift boxes are foam protecting each 4 side, and the stronger carton packing well, we will mark big frangible onto the cartons so that carrier will see before you touch the cartons.

  • Sandblast Artwork

    1…We do the artwork by our artwork studio, and we do many, many designs, before we send customer to confirmation we will firstly send a layout for result diagram, after customer approval, we will meet the demands for customers. We usually send this layout by CDR files or JPG files. We using software are PhotoShop or CorelDraw.
    2. Sandblast artwork
    2-1…Some awards and pieces need to be sandblast logo or names on the crystal, we require to send black and white images, the image should over 300KB. JPG, CDR, PFD files are okay for us.
    2-2.You must notice that sandblast letters or logos or names on the crystal, there is 2 kinds of sandblast, one is on front, one is on the back sandblast but mirror seeing through the crystal pieces.

  • Laser Artwork

    3-1, Logos and writings and names are 2D artwork for laser pieces, we requires clear black and white or color image, it should not be fuzzy image.
    3-2, Laser 3d blocks artwork require 3d image to supply us different side view, front side view, left, right side views, also back view, and top view is necessary. These different side view must do full image and as clear as possible. These images are very important to us to make artwork to be correct for making laser 3d blocks.
    IF customer has 3d artwork designer, then pls be noted to send us DXF file, as this file is very big file, 3DS, DWG, MAX files also welcome to our laser machines, these files can running our computer…. We will be so nice to receive customer's artwork; we will keep always for customer own design in our safe place.
